My name is Diana Markaryan. I hired your company to perform mold remediation in the town house that my husband and I purchased a year ago in Glendale. We closed escrow on this property on Dec 31, 2009 when we found out about extensive water damage that was not disclosed to us by the sellers. We've been in litigations with them since then and just now, a little over a year later, were able to start repairs and mold remediation in hopes of moving in by March of this year. So you can imagine how frustrating and costly this has been for us.
When we hired your company, we had the pleasure of dealing with one of your employees Santiago Onofre. Santiago was very courteous and very accommodating to our every need. Because I work in a very busy office, I was not able to speak with him during the day and he was nice enough to talk to me after work hours. He was always polite and genuine. Because of the type of mold we were told we had, I was extremely scared to move into the house having two toddlers. I had plenty of questions about the type of equipment that was going to be used and the services you were going to provide. When I explained my plight, Santiago was very attentive and explained the process to me. He always assured me that his crew was going to do a good job and pass the clearance test, which they did.
I'm writing this letter to let you know that you have an outstanding employee, who I believe represented your company as a total professional. It was nice at this hectic time to have someone call you back when needed and give you updates on something that may seem insignificant, but meant a lot to me. I would be proud to have Santiago as an employee, his professionalism, great attitude, kindness, attention to detail and ability to recognize the importance of certain tasks make him an asset to your company.
I will also like to say that in working with Maria Sanchez, I always found her to be very polite and accommodating and it was delightful speaking with her each and every time.
